“Memory Vessels” honor critically endangered birds by preserving their songs in clay. These vases begin as an audio file of a birdcall that is then digitally transcoded into a vessel form and 3D printed in porcelain.

Our home security system proves that invasive personal tracking and surveillance in the time of coronavirus isn’t just for the government, it’s for everyone! Civilian-tracking can be both educational and fun for the whole family.
This site-specific installation of CCTV cameras includes a headline generator, pulled from both real and fake news (since they’re basically indistinguishable now, so who cares!), a facial recognition-powered AR Snapchat filter (for the kids!) and a surveillance-based headline paraphraser powered by machine-learning.
Since social media is basically just surveillance technology peppered with lies, we’ve combined them in this totem to the modern police state that will keep you both “safe” (it’s an illusion but it’s fine, really) and completely misinformed during the pandemic (and any ensuing class warfare).

“Vital Movements” is a portrait series that employs high-quality motion capture data in order to visually represent the human body’s dynamic flow of energy during intentional breathing and movement exercises. Rooted in Somato Respiratory Integration, these movements are integral energetic practices that have been used in order to more fully connect with ourselves, others, and the collective consciousness. These pieces remind us that the Chi is always in motion, even under eternal lockdown and despite the persistent threat of existential doom. So that’s comforting…..right? Of course it is.
